- The APOBEC1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2473) is used in Western blot to detect Apobec in mouse small intestine tissue lysate.
- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot analysis of APOBEC1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2473) in 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). APOBEC1 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with the APOBEC1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2473) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
